MAKSOFT is an all-Russian multi-industry system integrator that has been working in the market for over 11 years. According to the results of the year 2016, the turnover of the company amounted to over 1.1 billion RUB. Our portfolio contains projects in Moscow, Sochi, Yakutsk, Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, the Volga region, etc. Our offices are situated in Moscow, Penza, and Saransk. In 2017, CRN included our company in the list of top 25 regional IT companies.

STRUCTURE

The company has more than 7 structural subdivisions in the following activity areas: system integration, information security, business process automation (1C:Franchising), printing equipment, design and construction unit, custom development team, etc.

We have been engaged in technical equipment of Olympic objects for the Winter Olympics in Sochi, sports facilities for FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 and FIFA World Cup 2018, as well as equipment and automation of 9 perinatal centres in different regions of Russia (Penza, Arkhangelsk, Petrozavodsk, Gatchina, Ulan-Ude, Yakutsk, Pskov, Tambov, Ulyanovsk) and many others.

launch of 1С:Franchising aimed at automation of business processes of enterprises.

2006

Maksoft founding and beginning of the work related to the supply and implementation of software products.

2008

sales department develops actively, the company becomes a key partner of Microsoft and Kaspersky Lab in the region.

2010

expansion of the areas of activities: beginning of supply of computer and server hardware, hardware for enterprise and business, solutions for information security.

2011

start of large-scale project in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of Penza region: during several years, we supplied more than 5 thousand computers and more than 20 thousand antivirus solutions and Microsoft licenses to schools in Penza and Penza region. Launch of information security direction ‘Maksoft Protection’.

2013

start of preparations for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi; supply of equipment for protection of Olympic objects perimeter for the amount of over 300 million RUB. The equipment included 50 cross-connect hardware units,70 servers and DSS, 200 computers and printers, 2,000 mobile terminals, 200 different software licenses, 500 uninterruptible power units, 600 industrial computers and monitor displays, 14 server cabinets, 80 servers and DSS, 180 uninterruptible power supply units, 700 switch hardware and mobile equipment units, 1,500 multiplexer switches, 1,400 all-in-one PCs, 2,300 Tion single-board computers, 2,300 RFID readers, 2,300 mobile terminals and bar code scanners, 4,500 power supply units.

2014

opening of the branch in Moscow.

2015

development of ERP direction, implementation of 1C:ERP 2.0 at Asia Cement LLC. Opening of the branch in Mordovia.

2016

preparation to FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 and FIFA World Cup 2018. Maksoft supplied and selected equipment and equipped sporting and social facilities. Cloud solutions form a separate perspective direction of the company activity.

2017

equipment of 12 perinatal centres in Russia (Penza, Bryansk, Makhachkala, Ulyanovsk, Tambov, Petrozavodsk, Arkhangelsk, Ulan-Ude, Yakutsk, Pskov, Gatchina, Smolensk). We supplied multimedia, printing and computer equipment. Rostec State Corporation supervises perinatal centres projects.
