Building IT-infrastructure

We faced the challenge of integrated development, installation and launching of the IT infrastructure for a new subdivision of the Directorate of the Federal Migration Service for Penza region, which had to include telephone and computer networks, security and fire alarm systems, AMCS, etc.

Thanks to the high level of professional competence of our experts and operating management, the object was commissioned before the estimated deadline. The work on the project from drawing up its concept to putting into operation took 3 months. Within the framework of the project, the following systems were deployed at the customer's site: a system of structured cabling systems, security and fire alarm, access management and control system, video surveillance and electronic queue control system.

Description of the approach to implementation:

• Installation and commissioning of the telephone and computer networks to ensure the work of over 300 employees.
• Installation of 23 internal and 8 external IP-cameras. The system allows controlling the work of the personnel with visitors, maintaining a permanent control of the events taking place around the perimeter of the building and keeps an archive with the depth of more than 5 months.
• Equipment of 4 points of access in the building with the AMCS. Arrangement of access control system supporting differentiation of employees’ access rights in 10 independent zones in the building.
• Configuring the operation of security and fire alarm system and its integration with the site devices to transmit alerts to a central console of an independent security service. Number of sensors installed exceeded 300 pieces.
• Configuring and putting into operation of an electronic queue management system supporting 16 reception windows. Currently, the system serves over 1,000 visitors on a daily basis.
