Business objectives

The customer needed to modernise its telephone system, but in the course of the project implementation, our experts eliminated a number of problems.

Solution

Introduction in the company of IP-telephony based on Yealink hardware. Previously, the customer faced such problems as high cost of communication, lack of own telephone exchanges in some offices, lack of clear numbering plan that is critical for an enterprise with distributed structure having offices across the entire Penza region.

During the execution of the works, our experts faced a poor Ethernet networks quality in the remote areas of the region that adversely affected the quality of the transmission signal. To solve this problem, we involved Yealink (China) programmers. In cooperation with Maksoft experts, a critical update of the software component has been developed that enabled to stabilise hardware operation even in the conditions of low-quality networks. Result of such refining became a compulsory part of all subsequent releases and official Yealink hardware upgrades. After the introduction of the project, the above problems were solved. We created a single numbering plan for offices throughout the region, compiled internal telephone directories, and trained the personnel.
