Improving the quality of videoconferencing by replacing obsolete equipment.
Our experts had to upgrade the videoconferencing system, both on software and hardware level. This task included dismantling of obsolete equipment with outdated wiring, modernisation of the videoconferencing system and meeting room management system and create a single operator’s station to ensure a comfortable work of the operator and automation of the videoconferencing meeting room.
The hardest was to program Creston system with the purpose of automation of videoconferencing meeting room. The work done resulted in the possibility to control videoconferencing cameras, configuring of microphones for automatic mode operation, possibility to connect video from the appropriate camera to the videoconference.
According to the results of the audit, our experts suggested a major multivendor solution. We integrated the existing fleet of obsolete equipment with Cisco software, installed and programmed additional servers.
