Arrangement of video conferencing system with a video wall at the facilities of the security headquarters of FIFA World Cup 2018 at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Mordovia.
We selected, supplied and mounted the video wall, using which various headquarter employees could connect to their services and simultaneously display up-to-date information on security. Selection of the video wall was performed taking into account possible workload and tasks set by the customer. The video wall was also equipped with workplaces and video conferencing system.
Features of the project: Work on the project was carried out in a short time. The tender for the project was announced on 7 December, and the work had to be completed by 28 December. The situation turned to be even tougher by the lack of necessary equipment in the warehouses in Russia. We managed to agree on expedited delivery. Installation was performed within the prescribed deadline.
